1. 1. The service

   HomeView Creative provides software that turns property photos you upload into AI-generated video walkthroughs, which you can download and share. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. 2. Eligibility & your account

   You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential.

   You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. 3. Your content & the rights you grant

   You retain ownership of the photos and listing information you upload ("Your Content").

   You represent and warrant that you own Your Content or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload it and to depict the property (for example, you are the listing agent or owner, or have the photographer's license).

   You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit Your Content to our AI provider solely to generate, store, and deliver your walkthroughs and operate the service.

4. 4. Acceptable use

   You agree not to:

   • upload content you do not have the rights to use, or that infringes anyone's rights;
   • upload unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, or harmful content, or violate fair-housing or advertising laws;
   • misuse, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass limits or security of the service;
   • resell or sublicense the platform itself.

5. 5. AI-generated output

   Walkthroughs are generated automatically by AI and are provided "as is." They may contain visual artifacts, inaccuracies, or interpretations that differ from the actual property.

   You are responsible for reviewing each video before use and for ensuring your use is lawful, accurate, and not misleading — including compliance with MLS rules, advertising standards, and fair-housing requirements. Do not present AI-generated video in a way that would deceive buyers.

6. 6. Plans, billing & cancellation

   Paid plans (Solo, Pro, Team) are billed monthly through Stripe. Each plan includes a monthly cap on the number of walkthroughs you can generate.

   You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice.

7. 7. Intellectual property

   The HomeView Creative platform, software, design, and brand are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any ownership of our intellectual property.

8. 8. Third-party services

   The service relies on third-party providers (including Stripe, our AI provider, and our hosting and email vendors). Their terms and policies may also apply to your use.

9. 9. Disclaimers

   The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any walkthrough will meet your expectations or a particular standard.

10. 10. Limitation of liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeView Creative will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

11. 11. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold HomeView Creative harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of Your Content or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. 12. Termination

    You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the service unlawfully.

13. 13. Changes to these terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above, and your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. 14. Governing law
