HomeView Creative ("we," "us") turns real estate photos into AI-generated video walkthroughs. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using homeviewcreative.com, you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
Account information — your email address and a password (stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider).
Content you provide — listing details you enter (title, address, price, bedrooms, bathrooms, description), the property photos you upload, and the video walkthroughs we generate for you.
Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers; we keep only a Stripe customer reference and your subscription status.
Technical & usage data — IP address, browser type, and security/access logs collected by our hosting and CDN providers to operate and protect the service.
2. How we use your information
To provide the service — generate video walkthroughs from your photos, store your listings and videos, and let you manage them.
To process payments and manage your subscription, plan, and usage limits.
To send transactional email (email confirmation, password resets, and account notices).
To secure, debug, monitor, and improve the service.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. AI processing of your photos
To create a walkthrough, the photos you upload are transmitted to our AI video-generation provider (muapi / Seedance 2.0) for processing. They are used solely to produce your video.
Only upload photos you have the right to use. Generated videos are stored in our private cloud storage and are accessible to you through your account.
4. Service providers (subprocessors)
We rely on the following providers, each processing data only to perform its function:
- Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage
- Stripe — payment processing & subscriptions
- muapi / Seedance — AI video generation
- Trigger.dev — background video processing
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Railway & Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, and security
5. Cookies & sessions
We use an essential, secure session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
6. Data retention
We retain your account data while your account is active. Photos and videos are kept until you delete them or close your account. When you delete your account (Settings → Delete account), we remove your listings, photos, and generated videos, and cancel any active subscription.
7. Your rights & choices
You can view and update your information in your account, change your email or password in Settings, and permanently delete your account and all associated content at any time.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (such as access, portability, correction, or erasure). To exercise them, contact us at [email protected].
8. Security
We protect your data with HTTPS everywhere, encryption in transit, database row-level access controls, scoped storage access, and other safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
9. Children
HomeView Creative is intended for real estate professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. International users
Our infrastructure is operated in the United States. By using the service, you understand that your information will be processed there.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you.
